“HUBERTUS” was established in 1982. Originally, the company dealt with processing plastics. From the very beginning, the founder and owner of the enterprise - Hubert Leboch - set out to develop the company. Continuous investment of available resources, purchasing suitable machinery and innovations in production allowed for the gradual broadening of the company’s offer to include radio and TV cabinets. At first, production took place in small rented facilities. Within a short time, the demand for these kinds of goods, their quality, and the satisfaction of customers convinced the owner that mass-production and risking further development of the company was worthwhile. 1997 saw the beginning of the construction of a new factory with offices. The project was completed by the end of 1998. The old production facilities were transformed into storage space, and the new factory was equipped with top-class woodworking workstations and machines from world-class manufacturers. All this improved the organisation of work and reduced costs significantly. Selecting personnel, training and efficient management, all enabled the company to assemble a highly qualified team of workers, who have been provided with excellent all round conditions of employment. The company holds environmental matters to be very important, and it considers limiting the amount of hazardous waste a very important issue.
“HUBERTUS” is one of the best-equipped factories in the region; well-organised production and its detailed quality control allow maintenance of the very high quality of the goods, the range of which is constantly enlarged by new models and colours. The owner keeps a close eye on modern trends in the furniture industry, and on the development of radio and TV technology. He provides his customers with a new collection several times a year. Owing to this, the products are modern and they are ideally adapted to market demands. Wide-spread advertising of the goods and participation in many exhibitions allow for the ever increasing development of the company’s national, European, and world-wide marketing network.
