DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

All FURNITURE sold by ModernTvStands are brand new and they are under 12 months guarantee.


Delivery Charge

We do not charge for furniture delivery when you spend 100 £ or more (Main Land Only)

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for.

Agl Supply Limited will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.


Delivery Timescale

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Delivery may take up to 10 working days, however, given the nature of our range of products, delivery on some items may take up to 28  working days.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 10pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

 


Returns

If you need to return a product purchased from Agl Supply Limited then you have 7 days to do so, always contact us before sending any returns. If the return is due to the fault of Agl Supply Limited we will take responsibility for return carriage costs. Carriage costs on returns for any other reason is the responsibility of the customer. The returned goods must be in an as new state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us. No returns should be sent until you have contacted us via office@modern-tvstands.co.uk  to make prior arrangements. You will be sent the returns address and valid returns number.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

IMPORTANT! All items must be thoroughly checked within 24 hours of delivery. Any damage caused in transit must be reported to me straight away


Missing or Damage Part

A missing part does not constitute a faulty item. If any item is found to be incomplete or damage please notify us within one day, we will despatch of a spare part or fittings pack . (free of charge)

If the item has a genuine fault then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 15 working days.


We will ask you to provide us with a photograph of damage and a part number of the required replacement part. Part numbers can be found on assembly instructions provided with the furniture.
 



Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel an order by following  e-mail on the Agl Supply Limited website.



Force Majeure

AGL SUPPLY Limited shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
